We are a fee-for-service office, and here’s how it works for different types of insurance benefits:

UCR Benefits (Usual, Customary, and Reasonable):
If you have UCR benefits, we will accept the patient portion at the time of service and bill the insurance for the balance. This ensures that you only pay what is necessary, while we handle the insurance claims process for you.

Allowed Amount Benefits:
If you have allowed amount benefits, we will take complete payment at the time of service and file your claim so you can be reimbursed directly by your insurance company. This ensures you receive the maximum reimbursement from your insurance.
